More Pictures!

We have been taking pictures like crazy, and decided it was time to show off some of our favorites. Zachary has become a very gassy (and therefore fussy!) baby, so most of our time is spent trying to calm him down and figure out what is hurting and how to help him feel better. We are so thankful that Laura's parents are still here and helping out with so many things that we don't have time to get to! It is unbelievable how much they have done for us, and we are so lucky that they have been able to give us their time and assistance ... from helping with Zach and cooking and cleaning to doing yard work and odds and ends that have been put on the backburner and everything in between! We have yet to learn how to handle it all ourselves, and better learn quickly as they can't stay forever! They have really given us a nice jump on things and hopefully we can keep up with what they have done for us.

Zach's first ride in the stroller, we went for a walk around the block

Zach makes this 'ooooo' face a lot, it is too cute Zach relaxing on his recliner ... a.k.a. dad

Mom and Zach

We did take one day to go up to LaConner and see the tulips. Every year in April they are all over and are just amazing to see! (Nana and Nanu with Zach amidst the many rows and colors of tulips!)We can't believe he is already 3 weeks old! Time is going by so fast!

2 Weeks Old

We can't believe that 2 weeks have already gone by! It seems like so much longer at times, and like he was just born yesterday at others! We had his 2 week well baby check up, and the doctor says he looks great! He weighs 9 lbs 1 oz (50th percentile), is 20-7/8 inches long (50-75th percentile), and his head is 14-3/8 inches around (25-50th percentile). He is right in the middle of the charts, and is nicely proportioned. He is a very good baby, and we have been lucky to have minimal problems thus far.

Zachary loves cuddling!

We can't forget about Molli! She always wants to help stop Zach from crying. She is already so protective of him, and just can't wait for him to be big enough to play!
